Obama’s illegal war is last straw: Impeachment only Solution

By Jeffrey T. Kuhner
WorldTribune

Excerpt:
President Obama has lost his legitimacy to remain in office. The Libyan war has exposed the administration’s lawlessness and rampant criminality. If Republicans and conservatives are serious about restoring constitutional government, they will demand that Mr. Obama be impeached.

Mr. Obama has engaged U.S. forces — risking precious blood and treasure — without a clear strategy for victory. He recklessly has allowed his country to be sucked into a conflict without a real national debate or consensus. His policy is shoddy, half-baked and irresponsible.

It is amateur hour at the White House.

The most disturbing aspect, however, is the intervention’s lack of constitutional and legal authority. It is an illegal war. The Constitution clearly stipulates that only Congress can authorize the use of military force. Unless American territory has been invaded or U.S. citizens have been directly attacked, the president must first ask for congressional approval before ordering any kind of military action. To do otherwise is to behave like a despot.

Mr. Obama is a socialist thug. Since entering office, he has engaged in a massive, almost unprecedented power grab. He thinks he is above the law, that he can cavalierly circumvent the limits imposed by the Constitution. Only one remedy will teach him that he cannot do so: impeachment.

Obama’s illegal war is last straw: Impeachment is the only solution. FULL COMMENTARY

DERELICT OBAMA

Absent, accidental, disengaged, decoupled, deadbeat, incompetent, irresponsible, lazy, pathetic...DERELICT

Obama in Exile
By Geoffrey P. Hunt"
American Thinker

Excerpt. Highlight added:
...How to reconcile the optics of president Obama on his latest trip to Brazil? Being feted on the tarmac in Rio De Janeiro and later joining the dignitaries reviewing a Brazilian military parade, all while a new war has been started in Libya, our Asian ally lies in ruins, and federal government insolvency threatens our republic. This juxtaposition can only be seen through the lens of a self-imposed exile.

Obama is being chased by his own incompetence, forced to face it, unable to stare it down. Privately he must admit he is over his head and...

Obama is in full retreat. Disengaged and decoupled. A pathetic creature, soon to be deserving of mercy rather than scorn, if only his hubris were in lockstep full retreat. Is he guilty of desertion or mere dereliction? Desertion would be a harsh claim, but dereliction not so far fetched.

A president who voluntary withdraws -- or at least sidesteps -- from the duties of the office, is derelict, period.

Even his own party faithful anxiously look for any sign of leadership coming from Obama, only to be turned away empty handed, yet again. Bereft of personal responsibility towards his fellow Americans, Obama has neither resigned nor renounced his citizenship. Yet through his apology tours has made us wonder whether renouncing his affinity for America and the leadership imperatives due the office would only be a public formality.

A president whose complete disregard for substantive political discourse in addressing the nation's fiscal woes is derelict.

Whether he is lazy, irresponsible or just overwhelmed, the signs point to a man bringing disrepute to the office for which self-imposed exile is his only way out.

A president with enough time and energy to fill out a NCAA Final Four basketball tourney bracket but can't find the time to attend to border security or assemble a meaningful budget incorporating the recommendations of his own deficit commission, is derelict.

A president who refuses to address the nation on the crisis in Libya and the humanitarian catastrophe in Japan, instead giving fourteen rogue Democrat state senators from Wisconsin directions to Morton's Steak House in Chicago, is derelict...

Obama Says" The Only People Who Do Not want To Disclose the Truth are the People with Something to Hide"

Donald Trump Goes Birther

Trump says he has doubts about Obama’s birth place – CNN Political Ticker - CNN.com Blogs

By: CNN Ticker Producer Alexander Mooney

In an interview with ABC, Trump said he finds it strange “nobody knew” Obama as a young child in Hawaii.

“Let me tell you, I’m a really smart guy. I was a really good student at the best school in the country. The reason I have a little doubt, just a little, is because he grew up and nobody knew him,” Trump said in the interview that aired Thursday.

“If I got the nomination, if I decide to run, you may go back and interview people from my kindergarten. They'll remember me. Nobody comes forward. Nobody knows who he is until later in his life. It's very strange,” the Celebrity Apprentice host added. “The whole thing is very strange.”

Obama's Lawless America

Daniel Greenfield
Sultan Knish

Excerpt, emphasis added:

Obama chooses not to defend DOMA in court. His attorney general tries to deflect a congressional investigation into his office's Black Panther cover up by playing the race card. Congress passes laws which it does not read. A Federal judge rules that inaction is also a form of action. What all these have in common is that they are symptoms of a lawless society.

When most people hear "lawless society", they picture anarchy, but that's not actually the case. All societies have laws of some sort, but where a lawful society is governed by its laws, a lawless society is ruled by power. In a lawful society, the law applies to everyone. In a lawless society it does not apply to those who are in power.

Obama began his term in office by setting up an infrastructure of czars to implement policies without legislative oversight. It was an ominous move, and a predictable one. And it didn't end there. In an ethical administration, the Attorney General serves as a watchmen. In Obama's Administration of 40 Thieves, he was bound to be the ringleader...
